Along with our partner, Bluebird Self Storage we are pleased to announce the acquisition of two self-storage facilities located in Dartmouth and Truro, Nova Scotia. Combined, these two facilities have over 90,000 SqFt, net rentable space and are sitting at 90% occupancy. Both facilities are well located in their respective markets and have room for future expansion.
